On February 20, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona confirmed an arbitration award in favor of Plaintiff Shana Robertson against Argent Trust Company and the family trusts that sold 30% of Isagenix Worldwide, Inc. to the Isagenix ESOP in 2018. The Arbitration Panel ruled that the Isagenix ESOP paid $38.25 million more than fair market value in the 2018 ESOP Transaction. Isagenix ESOP participants received only nominal value for their Isagenix stock when the ESOP was liquidated between 2023 and 2025.
