We are delighted to announce that Mary Bortscheller joined FJWW as Of Counsel on December 4, 2023. She brings a wealth of litigation experience, including leading teams at the trial court and appellate levels, and possesses extensive knowledge of employee benefits and complex class action practice.
Mary is admitted to practice in Minnesota, Illinois, and the District of Columbia. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two sons.
