FJWW Welcomes New Summer Law Clerk, Ciara O’Neill
Ciara O’Neill joins FJWW as a Summer Law Clerk. Ciara is a rising 2L at Berkeley Law, where she is a Senior Executive Editor of the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law, Events Chair for the Plaintiffs’ Law Association, and Co-leader of the Drug Policy, Education, and Decriminalization Project.
Before law school, Ciara worked as an ERISA paralegal at a plaintiff-side firm and as a policy specialist for the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing. Ciara graduated with a B.A. in Government and Classics from Georgetown University.

Anisha Reddy joins FJWW as a Summer Law Clerk. She is a rising 2L at Stanford Law, where she is Managing Editor of the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties and a co-director of the Workers’ Rights Pro Bono Project with Legal Aid at Work. Before law school, she graduated with a B.A. in Public Policy from Duke University and worked as a union organizer with AFSCME in Florida.
FJWW Joins Amicus Brief In Support of Perkins Coie Against Unconstitutional Executive Order
Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow LLP has joined over 500 law firms in filing an amicus brief asking a federal judge to strike down President Donald Trump’s executive order targeting the law firm Perkins Coie LLP for its past work on voting rights lawsuits and its representation of the President’s prior political opponents.
Dan Feinberg Named to Top 100 Northern California Super Lawyers List, Four More Firm Lawyers Selected to the 2024 Super Lawyers List
Five FJWW attorneys were selected to the 2024 Northern California Super Lawyers list. Dan Feinberg, Todd Jackson, Catha Worthman, Nina Wasow, and Darin Ranahan were named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list. In addition, Dan Feinberg was named one of the top 100 attorneys in Northern California by Super Lawyers.
Super Lawyers, a Thomson Reuters business, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice areas. The list of Super Lawyers includes no more than 5% of the lawyers in the state.
The lists are published in Northern California Super Lawyers magazine, San Francisco magazine, Sacramento magazine, and online.
FJWW Welcomes Social and Economic Justice Legal Assistant, Anna Johnson
Anna is a graduate of the Tulane University Class of 2024, where she double majored in Mathematics and Political Science. At Tulane, she was committed to advocating for survivors through sexual violence prevention work and completed a certificate in Gender-Based Violence along her studies.
With the goal of gaining experience in the legal field while maintaining a commitment to advocacy, Anna is grateful for the opportunity to join Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman, and Wasow as a Legal Assistant. Originally from Seattle, Anna enjoys hiking and camping and is excited to explore outdoor activities Berkeley.
