Todd Jackson to speak at three panels at the Advanced ERISA Litigation National Institute in Chicago, IL from May 15-16. Alongside Ian Morrison of Seyfarth Shaw Mr. Jackson will address the impact of Epic Systems v. Lewis and the availability of mandatory arbitration clauses in a panel titled, “Class Action Litigation Strategies: Mandatory Arbitration and Class Action Waivers,” On Tuesday, May 15 at 11:15 a.m. Mr. Jackson will then address petitions for class certification and approaches to class determination alongside Miguel Eaton (Jones Day) in a panel titled, “Motion for Class Certification in a Post-Walmart World,” and finally, Mr. Jackson will participate in a mock mediation alongside Robert A. Meyer (JAMS), Russell Hischhorn (Prokauer Rose LLP), Al Holifield (Holifield, Janich, Rachal, Ferrera, PLLC) and Marjorie Butler (Boston Regional Solicitor’s Office, U.S. Department of Labor) on Wednesday, May 16 at 2:30 p.m. See more here
