Todd Jackson will be speaking at the ABA Joint Committee on Employee Benefits ERISA Litigation National Institute, appearing on Wednesday, May 18, 2016 (11:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.) as part of a panel on “Fiduciary Investment Litigation.” Mr. Jackson will also speak on Thursday, May 19 (3:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.) as part of a panel on “Practical Considerations in Preparing for an ERISA Trial and Approaching Settlement in an ERISA Case – A Discussion among Practitioners.”
