Nina Wasow to speak at ABA Employee Benefits Committee Midwinter Meeting

Nina Wasow will participate in a panel entitled “Agency Announcements and Guidance: ESG, Secure 2.0, Fiduciary Rule” on Friday, February 2 at the ABA Employee Benefits Committee Midwinter Meeting in San Diego. The panel will discuss recent efforts by federal agencies with ERISA responsibilities to fashion regulatory programs to address ongoing plan administration issues. The panel features former Assistant Secretary of Labor Phyllis Borzi.
