On February 11, 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California granted final approval to the $2.5 million settlement with all Defendants in Chea v. Lite Star ESOP Committee, et al. The settlement provides substantial compensation for the participants in the Lite Star ESOP, which is sponsored by B-K Lighting, Inc. Plaintiff Linna Chea alleged that the ESOP payment more than fair market value for B-K Lighting stock purchased from Douglas Hagen in 2017.
