Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow LLP is very pleased to announce Genevieve Casey’s promotion to Partner effective January 1, 2023. Genevieve has been with the firm since its inception and has played leadership roles in litigating many cases, including Strauch v. Computer Sciences Corp., in which she was part of the trial team that resulted in the plaintiffs’ victory following a jury trial; and the mass action First Student, Inc. Cases. In addition, Genevieve is an integral part of the firm’s labor rights practice, representing SEIU-UHW in a variety of matters, including Southern California Healthcare System v. City of Culver City, as well as advising the union on drafting ballot initiatives and proposed legislation; she also advises The Fairness Project regarding voter initiatives concerning consumer protection issues such as payday lending. Genevieve is a strong collaborator and brings value to every team she works with. We look forward to continuing to work together with Genevieve as a Partner.
