Caitlin Kauffman is a Workplace Justice Fellow with the firm. During law school, Caitlin served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She was also an extern in Legal Aid at Work’s Gender Equity and LGBTQ+ Rights program. Prior to that she was a law clerk with Outten & Golden and Equal Rights Advocates where she assisted with discrimination and wage and hour litigation.
Prior to law school, Caitlin served as the Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator for Bay Area Women Against Rape. She is currently a volunteer member of Equal Rights Advocates’ pro bono network, End Sexual Violence in Education, where she advocates for students navigating their institutions’ Title IX process.
