On March 2, 2021, the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia granted Plaintiffs’ motion to certify the class in Gamache v. Hogue (No. 1:19-cv-00021-LAG). The class includes vested participants in the Technical Associates of Georgia, Inc. Employee Stock Ownership Plan and those participants’ beneficiaries. Defendants, their families, and other fiduciaries of the ESOP are excluded from the class. Judge Leslie Abrams Gardner rejected Defendants’ arguments that the named plaintiffs lacked standing and were inadequate class representatives.
