All FJWW attorneys were selected to the 2018 Northern California Super Lawyers or Rising Stars lists. Feinberg Jackson Worthman & Wasow seeks an associate with 0-4 years of post-law school experience in practice and/or clerkship(s). The successful candidate will be licensed to practice in California and will have excellent research and writing skills, a strong academic record, and demonstrated commitment to workers’ rights or other forms of community and public service.  Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as are skills with statistical, quantitative or financial analysis.

Compensation is dependent on experience and competitive with similar firms.  We offer excellent health benefits and long-term disability coverage as well as ample paid vacation and sick leave.  Associates are provided a CLE budget to cover conferences and trainings.
