Darin Ranahan to Speak on June 25 JCEB Webinar, “A Deep Dive: Who Is an Employee?”

FJWW partner Darin Ranahan will participate in a webinar on June 25 through the American Bar Association Joint Committee on Employee Benefits (JCEB) titled “A Deep Dive: Who Is an Employee?” alongside fellow panelists Jodi H. Epstein from Ivins, Phillips & Barker, Chtd. in Washington, DC, Syd Gernstein, Branch Chief at the IRS of Chief Counsel in Washington, DC, and Clarissa A. Kang from Trucker Huss, APC in San Francisco, CA. The panel will explore recent developments in employee classification, including the Dynamex decision in California, and assess their impact on employee benefits matters.
