FJWW Welcomes New Workplace Justice Fellow, Galen Yun
Galen is a Workplace Justice Fellow with the Firm and recent graduate from UC Davis School of Law. During law school, Galen served as a head steward for UAW 2865, where he represented student-employees in grievance proceedings and helped secure an over $80,000 settlement from the law school because of the school’s refusal to pay its Legal Research and Writing Program teaching assistants for the work they performed. He was also a policy intern for California Employment Lawyers’ Association and Consumer Reports. Prior to that, he represented low wage workers at the Workers Rights’ Clinic. Additionally, he was a summer law clerk at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office, where he investigated prosecutorial misconduct.
Before law school, Galen had the privilege of working with Jeff Adachi while he interned in the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office. He also professionally poured perfect beers, worked as a paraprofessional for the San Francisco Unified School District, and coached wrestling at June Jordan School for Equity.

Gloria is a recent graduate of Scripps College, where she majored in Cognitive Science with a concentration in Computer Science. She is from Southern California and is looking forward to working as a legal assistant with Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman, and Wasow.
Six Firm Lawyers Selected to the 2021 Northern California Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists
Six FJWW attorneys were selected to the 2021 Northern California Super Lawyers or Rising Stars lists. Dan Feinberg, Todd Jackson, Catha Worthman, and Nina Wasow were named to the Northern California Super Lawyers list. Darin Ranahan and Andrea Obando were named to the Northern California Rising Stars list.

FJWW Files Amicus Brief Opposing Mandatory Individual Arbitration of Pension Claims on Behalf of Public Justice
On January 21, 2021, Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow LLP and Bailey & Glasser, LLP filed an amicus curiae brief for Public Justice, P.C., on behalf of the Plaintiff-Appellee in Smith v. Board of Directors of Triad Manufacturing, Inc. in the Seventh Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow LLP is proud to introduce its new Workplace Justice Fellow, Leticia Chavez!
Leticia Chavez is a Workplace Justice Fellow with the firm. During law school, Leticia served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Laurel Beeler of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She was also a law clerk at Levy Vinick Burrell Hyams and Leonard Carder. Additionally, she was an AFL-CIO Union Summer intern at Communication Workers of America. Prior to that she represented low-wage workers in wage and hour claims at the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic. Leticia was a member of the Golden Gate University Law Review, for which she served as Managing Editor.
Prior to law school, Leticia worked as a union organizer at SEIU Local 721, where she led new organizing campaigns and represented workers in grievance procedures and collective bargaining.

Feinberg, Jackson, Worthman & Wasow LLP is proud to introduce its new Workplace Justice Fellow, Caitlin Kauffman!
Caitlin Kauffman is a Workplace Justice Fellow with the firm. During law school, Caitlin served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jon S. Tigar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. She was also an extern in Legal Aid at Work’s Gender Equity and LGBTQ+ Rights program. Prior to that she was a law clerk with Outten & Golden and Equal Rights Advocates where she assisted with discrimination and wage and hour litigation.
Prior to law school, Caitlin served as the Campus and Community Outreach Coordinator for Bay Area Women Against Rape. She is currently a volunteer member of Equal Rights Advocates’ pro bono network, End Sexual Violence in Education, where she advocates for students navigating their institutions’ Title IX process.
